UPDATE ON COFFEECUP SOFTWARE

Shortly after posting this blog entry, I was contacted by one of the VPs of CoffeeCup who apologised for the problem I'd encountered, established that somehow I'd managed to create two accounts with their support team over the time I've been using their utilities and merged the two together. He then liaised with me and his technical team to identify what was wrong with the utility that I was using and to find a way of resolving it - there were some errors on my part and a problem with their code. This is now resolved. As I said before, I use several of their utilities to add functionality to my websites and I am delighted with them - they generally work easily, are set up intuitively, and cost very little and clearly come with a committed leadership and good technical support. Well done guys. (http://www.coffeecup.com)
