The CIPD Level 7 course, which provides the knowledge element required for Chartered Membership of the CIPD, will start on the Abingdon Campus on Monday 11th September and take place each Monday during term time for that year. It is a 2 year course with the 2nd year taking place on a Thursday.

There are 8 modules split across the two years:

  • Resourcing and Talent Management
  • Employment Law
  • Reward Management
  • Skills for Business Leadership
  • Learning and Development
  • Leading, Managing and Developing People
  • Human Resource Management in Context

I teach the Skills for Business Leadership and Investigating… (Research Skills) modules and am delighted that the first intake were so happy that we’re repeating the programme for a second year.
